Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and chosen shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received, where parts are available from stock. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Attempts and Collection

For unsuccessful delivery attempts, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your package from a local depot. Packages unclaimed after 15 days may be returned to us.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or size. These will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

8. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the UK mainland, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit or lost:

  • Damaged packages: Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you've already accepted the package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost packages: If your tracking information hasn't updated for 5 business days, please contact us so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

11. Delivery Timeframe Guarantees

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee them in all cases due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, customs delays). In such cases, we will keep you informed of any significant delays.

12. Large or Bulky Items

For large or bulky items requiring special handling:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Delivery may be to the ground floor only

  • You may need to assist with unloading

13. Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes to shipping address or method can be accommodated. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request changes.
